Online payments are preferred, however we also accept cash and checks. BCST speech therapists do not deal directly with billing, so please do not remit payment to your in-home therapist. Financial and billing inquiries should be directed to either Bridget Hillsberg or Brooke Dwyer or emailed to email@example.com.
We do not accept insurance, however, we can provide a “superbill” which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if applicable. You are responsible for verifying if a suberbill is accepted within your individual insurance plan as BCST does not contact insurance providers. Superbills will be provided only after payment is remitted to BCST.
An 8-hour notice is required in the event of a cancellation. If cancelled within the 8-Hour window, there is a charge of a half-session fee. No shows or cancelling therapy upon arrival will result in a full session fee.
